I would like to be admin to better control the environment (like keeping the peace), and I believe I can keep control without having to be strict (unless it comes to that) as i see that a lot of times admins will end up being more strict than they really need to. 2. What makes you a better applicant than others? well, while looking through the apps, i feel i can be more calm and collected, as when as more mature and can handle situations much better. 3. What makes you Trustworthy? for one, I haven't gotten any warnings, and I have no motives to abuse admin privilege or not act as an admin (as in someone used @chat for help and i just ignore them). 4. Have you ever been punished on the server? If so, Why? no, I have never gotten a punishment. 5. In a Few Words, How would you describe yourself as a person? Your Traits, Abilities and Disadvantages. (What Kind of Person are you?) Well, personality, I tend to joke around a lot, but still follow rp and not disobey any set rules. abilities, if your asking advantages, I can keep calm under pressure, and can deal with annoying or just rude players. Yes, i use to be a mod on a jailbreak server for about a year before i resigned (i wasn't playing much due to school) Situational Acts: (Paragraph Required) 1. Yourself and another Admin are the only staff online. You notice that you are the only one handling reports whilst the Admin in question is RDMing constantly. When you tell him to stop and help with reports, he ignores you and continues to RDM. What do you do? I would either contact a higher up or, if possible, give him a 30m ban. saying that we are on equal grounds i would assume that i have no power to do anything to him in particular so i would contact a higher admin to handle the situation, as i would not have to power to do otherwise. now id i do have the power to i would give him a 30m ban and contact higher ups, so they can give him a true punishment. 2. You slay someone for RDM and he abuses you for it. The player then goes on an RDM Spree, When you jailTP him he apoligises trying be forgiven. What do you do? Well i would still have to give him a punishment for the rdm spree. If it was a single rdm i would just kick him, if it ended up being mass, i would give him a 30m ban. (im using 30m bans a lot, because i feel that is the most appropriate for a 2nd time offender or a first time offender that does something like that) 3. There is a Player on the server who is new to star wars Role play. He Doesn't know how to play the game and is caught 20 minutes after being white listed being accused of RDMing during an event. He doesn't know that shooting at fellow clones is a ban-able offense. What do you do? If he was truly a brand new player, i would teach him the ropes, and just give him a warning, as to calm the people that got rdm'd. 4. You are on the forums and you notice a user being harassed by others in the Shoutbox and in Threads. What do you do? I would ask him to stop and report him. 5. If there are a few users began saying "THIS SERVER SUCKS!" and spamming it everywhere, what would you do? as this isn't too big of an offense, i would just kick them, if they come back and do it again i would ban them for about 10m. 6. A friend comes to you complaining that he has been banned by another staff member, and wants you to find out why. Upon further investigation, you discover that you believe the ban is unjustified. How do you handle this? I feel that in a situation like that, he would need to put in a ban appeal, as i don't think that i have the power to just unban him, and, the situation he was in, it could of been a justified ban. either way, i would have to send it to higher ups to review it.
